The Racine Raiders announced new policies intended to improve the safety of fans at games this season. The policies include ensuring minors have adult supervision inside the stadium, eliminating re-entry, and stopping entry into the game once the third quarter begins. There will also be an increased security presence at games this season.

Here’s the list of new policies:

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult ticketholder to enter and remain at a Racine Raiders game.
  • There will be no hand stamps or re-entry. A new ticket will have to be purchased to get back into the stadium once an individual leaves.
  • Anyone under the age of 18 will not be allowed to loiter anywhere on the grounds. This does not include walking to and from the restrooms or concessions or waiting in line for restrooms or concessions. Further, this does not preclude actively participating in team-sponsored special activities such as the kid’s area or video game tent.
  • Security personnel that observe a person under 18 loitering will direct that individual to their adult guardian in the stands. If there is no adult guardian, the minor will be directed to leave the premises.
  • If security personnel observe a person under the age of 18 loitering a second time, they will be told to leave the premises immediately and will not be allowed back in that night.
  • Nobody will be allowed to enter the premises, even with a ticket, once the third quarter begins.

The Racine Raiders board of directors will assess the effectiveness of the new policies throughout the season to help ensure a safe environment for fans.
