The Racine Raiders are partnering with HomeTeam Live to bring fans live broadcasts of all Racine Raiders regular season and playoff games during the 2023 season.
“We’re excited to partner with HomeTeam Live to stream the great product we provide,” said Racine Raiders Vice President of Marketing Don Wadewitz. “HomeTeam Live provided us the greatest flexibility to address some technical concerns we had with YouTube while keeping costs low for our great fans and providing added value for our Alumni Association members.”
All Racine Raiders games will only be streamed live with no archive available of the broadcasts. Fans can purchase a single game pass for just $5. Commercial entities including bars, restaurants, and other retail establishments, can purchase a single game pass for $100. With the Raiders schedule having a couple of open dates still, the team decided not to offer a season pass this year.
All members of the Racine Raiders Alumni Association will receive free access to the live stream of the games as part of their membership. Alumni Association members will need to register on the HomeTeam website and they will receive their special access code by email from the Raiders. HomeTeam Live and the Racine Raiders will also offer the broadcast of the team’s first road game on June 10 at the 82 Chargers in Cincinnati for free.
Fans will be able to access the team’s broadcasts by signing up for an account at https://app.hometeamlive.com/#/home/leagues/28 and choosing the Racine Raiders plan. Commercial establishments that wish to broadcast Raiders games in their businesses need to purchase the Racine Raiders commercial plan for each game.
As part of the agreement, HomeTeam Live will provide direct customer support for Racine Raiders fans and the Racine Raiders will have the opportunity to participate in revenue sharing on advertising across the HomeTeam Live platform.
The Racine Raiders begin their 70th season and first in the Gridiron Developmental Football League on Saturday, May 13, against the Baltimore Lightning. In addition to Baltimore, the Racine Raiders are scheduled to play home games against teams from Washington, D.C., La Crosse, Minneapolis-St. Paul, and Chicago.
