Digital Ticket FAQs
Fans can conveniently purchase digital tickets online for Racine Raiders home games through our partnership with Hometown Ticketing (formerly called Ticket Spicket).
The digital tickets work differently than the paper tickets. Tickets purchased online are only good for the specific game for which they were purchased. For instance, if you purchase tickets for the May 11 game, you can only use them for admission to the May 11 game. You can’t exchange the tickets for tickets to other games.
We know you may have some questions so we put together these frequently asked questions. If you have other questions, please contact us.
Why are the Raiders selling online tickets?
Online ticketing is often more convenient for fans of sports teams. We’ve surveyed fans in the past and nearly two out of three fans said they’d like the option to buy tickets online. In addition, with everything being handled electronically, it’s more friendly to our natural resources and environment.
What happened to Ticket Spicket that you used the past few years?
Ticket Spicket merged with Hometown Ticketing. Due to this merger, you may need to update the app on your phone or download the Hometown Ticketing app. Your username and password should’ve remained the same but there is a chance you might need to set up a new account.
How does it work?
You simply click on the tickets link on our website and you’ll be directed to our tickets area on the Hometown Ticketing web platform. Simply choose the game(s) you want to buy tickets for or go to the season passes page and follow the directions. You can purchase tickets for multiple games in one order. You’ll need to set up an account on the Hometown Ticketing website and download the Hometown Ticketing app for your mobile device. After you place your order, the tickets will appear in your Hometown Ticketing account. You’ll need to show the tickets when you enter the gates at Historic Horlick Athletic Field. It’s that easy!
Do digital tickets cost the same as the paper tickets?
Yes. The digital tickets cost the same and we’ve waived all processing fees for the 2024 season.
Is there a fee to purchase tickets online?
No. The Racine Raiders are absorbing the fees for the 2024 season.
At which gate can I redeem digital tickets?
You should enter at the main gate at the corner of High Street and North Memorial Drive.
What happens if I can’t go to the game?
Just like with the paper tickets, you’re able to give the tickets to someone else. You can send the tickets to someone else as long as you know their email address. You just need to forward that email to the person that can use the tickets. The person receiving the tickets will be asked to create an account on the Hometown Ticketing website and download the app. Tickets can’t be exchanged for tickets to other games at this time.
What if I have a group and we need to split tickets?
The tickets can be split up. You just need to email them to the other person(s). That person will need to create an account on the Hometown Ticketing platform and download the app to redeem the tickets.
What is the link to buy tickets online?
All you need to do is visit our online ticket partners at Hometown Ticketing.
