The Racine Raiders are hosting a FREE youth football camp on Saturday, July 16, 2022, from 10 am to noon at Historic Horlick Athletic Field. There are two camp options – skill positions and linemen. Camp participants should choose which part of camp they want to participate in.
SKILL CAMP: Youth entering grades 3 through 8 will receive high-quality instruction from Racine Raiders coaches and players in a non-contact setting. This camp will focus on fundamentals for success on both sides of the ball.
LINEMEN CAMP: Youth entering grades 6 through 8 will receive more specific instruction in stance and start, quickness off the ball, proper hand position, art of hand-fighting, pulling techniques, proper footwork, and much more!
All camp participants will receive a t-shirt, four tickets to the Racine Raiders July 16 game against the Illinois Cowboys, and lunch and beverages. The camp is sponsored by the Racine Raiders, Bryant and Stratton College, Domino’s Pizza, Educators Credit Union, Insinkerator, Shorewest Realty, and Silgan Containers.
Participants should wear shorts, shirt, and turf cleats to participate fully in the youth football camp.
